Forgotten your password? No problem! Follow these hassle free steps below to reset it.

Go to the login page and select the "Forgot your password?"option. 

Enter the cellphone number that you registered on M4JAM with and select submit.

Once you select submit, the below screen will appear.

A SMS will be sent to the number entered with a link to have your password reset. Select the link to be redirected to a new screen.

The link will redirect you to the below screen where you need to reset your password. You need to enter your password of choice in the "Password" field and then enter the same combination in the "Confirm password" block. Once you are done, select submit. Your Password has now been changed, and you will automatically be redirected to your M4JAM platform.
