Solidarity fund: I don't see a button to request an OTP on my SPEND section. Why?

If you are trying to verify your wallet but you see the screen below, it means your wallet is already verified. You do not need to go through the verification process again. It is a once-off. You can simply go ahead and spend your earnings as you please.
