What documents do I need to submit to have my claim approved?

If you get injured while performing a Job marked “Covered by Accident Insurance” and you know you're going to be submitting a claim, keep EVERYTHING related to the accident. If there are witnesses get their mobile phone numbers for your records.

Keep any and all documents, letters, accounts etc. The more information you have, the quicker and smoother the process will be.

Here are the most essential documents, but remember, keep EVERYTHING:

1. Police report – Physical document, upload with photo

2. Medical Practitioners Report - Physical document, upload with photo

3. Insurer Claim Form – A digital document which can be completed on your phone. Be sure to familiarise yourself with it beforehand. The medical practitioner will have to sign it digitally so make sure the you are able to retrieve it and have completed it.
