How much does it cost to be covered?

M4Jam has decided that where Jobs include travel and location-based activity the M4Jam Jobber could benefit from some insurance cover in the event of death, total permanent disablement, or as a result of the need to receive Medical Emergency Treatment at a hospital.

Accordingly. M4Jam has taken out an insurance policy, at its own cost, to provide certain insurance cover to M4Jam Jobber’s undertaking qualifying Jobs (which shall be marked “Covered by accident insurance”).

This insurance cover is provided free of any charge to the M4Jam Jobber engaged in a Job which is covered by accident insurance.

NOTE:

All claims are made to the Insurance Company (Bryte Insurance) on their standard forms and are either accepted or rejected by them in terms of the Policy Terms and Conditions. M4Jam is not the insurer and M4Jam is assisted by Shomang Brokers in the administration of this insurance cover. The Insurance Company’s Policy Terms and Conditions include claim limitations and other qualifications. A copy of the Policy Terms and Conditions and Schedule are available on request.
