How do I add a beneficiary and why should I do this?

We know it's tough to talk about, but should something happen whilst out completing a M4Jam designated Job which carries insurance, and you pass away, the Insurance Company needs to know who you'd like your beneficiary to be. Your beneficiary must be an adult (18 years or older) and the contact details must be correctly provided.

To nominate a beneficiary, simply go to your M4Jam profile from your menu and select 'Beneficiaries' and then insert the person's details. Should you pass away, the payment made by the Insurance Company will be paid to the person you nominated.

Any payments that are made in respect of Medical Emergency Treatment Costs will be paid to you directly, as will any payments made in respect of a successful claim for Permanent Total Disablement.
