If you have tried to withdraw or spend your earnings using a WiCode and the cashier tells you it has declined - the error lies on their side and not on ours.
They need to make sure they are selecting 'MOBILE PAYMENT' on their screen and then you as the Jobber inserts your own WiCode into the card-machine keypad. If you insert the code incorrectly, it will also cause it to decline.
THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CODE - the code is valid and WILL WORK. It is merely a case of the cashier not being trained sufficiently. Please ask to speak to a manager or supervisor.
If you encounter any issues, please take note of the employee's name and the store name and report it to us immediately so that we can follow up with them and train them personally.
