If you have tried to log in and see a message saying that your account has been blocked; that means that you have had 5 or more micro-jobs rejected and the system has thus automatically blocked you.
Each case is investigated individually. If we find that your rejections were based purely on human error or misunderstanding, we will make the decision to unblock your account.
If however, our investigation finds that you have tried to 'cheat the system' by submitting internet images, duplicate images, doing the jobs from home instead of at the store etc - we will unfortunately not unblock your account.
To avoid your account being blocked, always make sure that you read and follow each instruction very carefully.
