If you did not receive an SMS immediately after requesting your WiCode, it could be for the following reasons:
1. The number linked to your M4JAM account is not the number of the sim card currently in that phone. If this happens, please contact our agents for help by selecting HELP from your M4JAM menu or by sending them an email to email@example.com.
2. You do not have any network coverage where you are so the SMS is not able to reach you. This is sometimes the case in ground floors of malls or when there is load-shedding. Please check to make sure you have coverage.
3. Your mobile data is turned off. Please turn your WiFi off and ensure your mobile data is on.
