M4JAM is a diverse online platform which allows for people to earn money, purchase goods and services, up-skill themselves through micro-module learning and connect with others socially and/or professionally. M4JAM is based on the principle of micro-jobbing and micro-learning, meaning that we take large tasks or pieces of learning content, and break it up into smaller, more manageable tasks which you as Jobber are able to grab and complete.
Jobbers earn money by grabbing micro-jobs placed on platform by various brands wanting to conduct anything from traditional survey based research, to mystery shopping, brand awareness, website traffic, audits, incentivised purchase...the list goes on.
Once Jobbers successfully complete the micro-job, they are paid and are then able to spend their earnings on various products and services such as airtime and data bundles.
Jobbers could also belong to certain organisations which utilise M4JAM as a learner management system allowing for employees or organisation members to grab micro-modules around various and customised topics. This can be anything from specific training modules to general up-skilling lessons.
Finally, Jobbers also have the ability to network socially and professionally by making use of the chat feature which allows one to chat to other Jobbers, create groups etc. So, all in all, M4JAM is an exceptionally diverse platform offering both brands and the general public, creative solutions to both unique and common hurdles or problems.
