If you are attempting to verify your new account and get told that you've been sent too many OTPs (one time pin) and should contact Support, simply do the following:
1) If you're on your smartphone, simply scroll down to the bottom of this article and tap on SUBMIT A REQUEST. Remember to provide your cell phone number.
2) If you're on your laptop/desktop, tap on CHAT WITH US (bottom right of screen).
3) Tap on your M4JAM menu and select HELP & FEEDBACK followed by LIVE CHAT -> START CHATTING.
