If you tap on 'Buy Airtime' and then fill in your details, tap on 'BUY' and then see:
"AEON : The subscriber package does not allow a recharge" "Transaction failed" this simply means that your cellular package does not allow for recharge. This would usually be the case with most post-paid contracts.
If you know your package does allow for recharge but you're also seeing this error message, please "Chat with us" and we'll get you sorted.
"AEON : Insufficient funds" "Transaction failed" You will need to contact M4JAM Support by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by simply starting a live chat as this is an issue that will need to be escalated.
